The California Education Association (CEA) is a statewide leadership building organization dedicated to prioritizing an equitable, accessible and excellent education for Every Child in California.
CEA's mission is to partner with allies and to prepare and support leaders statewide to serve on local school boards to ensure equitable opportunities, inclusive practices and real accountability for educating All Kids through more informed policy making, implementation of consistent strengths-based practices, and a focus on One System of Education and measurable student success across all demographic groups. Every Student deserves to have access to an excellent education in every school in California. We can and we must do better. |
